CCNow - Payment Processing Service Review
CCnow is not sending the payments....
We are dealing with ccnow from 2004... But suddenly with start of 2017 new management of ccnow have stopped sending payments.
They have different excuses... 1-We have changed the bank and will send you payment from Ireland. 2- Our bank has some problem... 3- Your bank has returned back the money..(while our bank does not, it is rule in Pakistan) 4- Our man made an error in sending payment...
and after that no reply of mails... first payment was 5000+ USD then they added a payment of USD 1300 and total became USD 6900+... they show it on account as sent... but in 3 months it does not reach...
After that there was a few new sales and they told they have sent another amount of USD 3300... but it is also no where... NOW there are pending orders in our account but we are no more shipping the order and no reshipment for lost package...

Ordered a uniform that never came, instead I got a couple of coats. TATYANA at Soviet-Power wanted me to send them on to another address my own expense !
I wasn't going to do that til I got my uniform! She kept contacting me saying that she would pay me back the shipping costs. She kept saying that my uniform was on the way but after a couple of months it still hadn't come but she still had the cheek to ask me to phone the proper recipient of the coats and organise the delivery. Eventually after I contacted the marketing company CC NOW that I was purchasing through, and after they gave her a bollocking, she refunded me for the uniform that had never arrived.
Out of courtesy and many calls to the proper recipient, I repackaged the coats, drove them down to the depot and sent them at my own expense. DOH ! She thanked me and said she would send a new uniform and give me a £20 discount. It never came and despite many emails to her and a formal complaint to the company, I have been ignored.
I note that a previous client wrote a similar review to this, that he thought there might be some sort of postage scam going on. It seems to be the case. I then complained to Ccnow and they said I had to apply direct to S-P and wiped their hands of it.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

A dvd finally arrived, in a plain padded envelope. No address, no name, no zip code as to who or where it came from !
No invoice inside ! NOTHING ! But there was one tiny number on the postage pre-printed label - "14304" .
This is the zip-code for Niagra Falls, New York. Now we know where it came from and what happens next ?
I now had to order this dvd from another website seller! This is a gift and is time sensative !
They still have not replied in any way shape or form! I am pissed to the max! They have my money. THIS IS FRAUD!
I want a full refund! Not a dvd sometime down the road, if that ever happens, which I doubt! BE FORWARNED. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, CROOKS, LIARS AND MORE !
They do not answer the phone #s. Emails, or any thing. So do not order from them. They take your money and then you never hear a word again.
Their web site is still up too. It is Rad dvd, a pretty blue page, but a lie!

We have an account with ccnow, User name: bakerami, email address: artworld@***.com. I have a problem regarding a previous payment which we have not received it yet.
We should receive that payment as an exchange of products which we sold to our clients in the USA.
We have emailed ccnow and Thorsten Felstead - Head of Risk, Snorrason Holdings four times demanding an immediate release of the payment. Unfortunately they did not make any attempt to contact us regarding same.I think this man and ccnow are scammers.

they owes me my money since May 15 , it is going to be nearly 2 month and there is no way to could contact them or to receive a solution.
